If you're receiving a 'Video Geoblocked' error message when trying to stream Watch NRL, please complete the following steps:
- Check your location and IP address - you can do that by visiting What's my IP?
- If you are travelling outside Australia and are using international roaming on an Australian SIM card, please contact the Watch NRL Customer Care team and confirm this
- Enable Location Services on your device
- If you are using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), you will need to choose to disable it
Note: The Watch NRL service is only available to customers outside of Australia, New Zealand and some Pacific Islands countries. Therefore if you are located in Australia, you will be geo-blocked.
