If you're receiving a 'Session Not Authenticated' error message when trying to watch a match or show, please take the following steps:
- Log out of your account on the device you are using
- Sign back into your account on the Watch NRL app
Please note: Your username is the email address registered to your account. If you require to reset your password, simply select 'Forgot your Password' beneath the 'Log in' button.
