If you're receiving a 'Unknown Player Error' error message when trying to watch a downloaded match or show, please take the following steps:


  1. Log out of your account on the device you are using
  2. Delete your Watch NRL app
  3. Re-install the Watch NRL app
  4. Log back into your account
  5. Re-download your Match/Show
