If you subscribe to the Service and you wish to cancel your auto-renewal or change your subscription, you can do so from your computer, tablet or mobile device in the ‘My Profile’ section of www.watchnrl.com.
If you cancel your auto-renewal during your subscription period, you will still have access to the Watch NRL service until the end of your subscription period. You can find your service access end date by following the below instructions
- Go to My Profile
- Click on Manage Your Subscription
- You will find your renewal date in the Next Billing Date section
No pro-rata refunds will be provided to customers who cancel during an active Subscription Period.
As per our Terms and Conditions, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid further charges.
Why has my subscription auto-renewed?
The Watch NRL website and Terms and Conditions clearly state that the Service auto-renews according to its subscription terms and its content can only be accessed outside of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Can I get a Refund if I missed my Auto-renewal cancellation date?
If you have missed your subscription cancellation date and have been auto-renewed, unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund.
