Follow the steps below to upgrade your weekly subscription to a monthly or 12-month subscription. Remember, changes to subscriptions will not work through the Watch app. 

1. On your device's web browser (eg: Google Chrome), log into your account 

2. Ensure you are signed in (left side menu), then go to your profile tab and click on 'Manage Subscriptions'. This is where you'll see your current subscription and  next billing date. 

3. Hit the Cancel Subscription

4. Then Stop my subscription button

5. Wait for the remainder period of your previous subscription end/finish

6. The website will then direct you to resubscribe to a subscription package, this is when you can choose your new subscription.
