When can I expect a response?
This will depend on when you contact Watch NRL Customer Care, see below:
- During Live Coverage: Our Watch NRL Customer Care team will endeavour to respond to your issue with 60 minutes. Our aim is to get you back in the game as soon as possible.
- During other business hours: We will aim to respond to your request within 4 hours
- Note: The Watch NRL Customer Care team is based in Australia. So, keep in mind that business hours overseas are different to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
- Outside of these periods: We will try our best to respond to your request within 1-2 business days.
